Intensive Programme - Key Details

This is an intensive programme and if you read through these details and decide that you have more time and want a less intense experience, please consider instead one of our Flexible Programmes because it has a similar structure but is less intense with a much more flexible schedule (digital nomads and remote workers as well as retired guests or those on sabbatical would also find that programme a good fit).

Start Dates: Rolling Monday intake throughout the year

Length: A 28-day residential stay + 3 months of remote aftercare support

Application Process

We have an application process that starts with a Q&A session and which may include a second session if you, we, or both of us feel we need it. We have this in place so that:


1) we can get a good grasp about and gain important insight into what's going on with you right now.

2) you have the opportunity to ask all the questions that you want to.

3) we both have a chance to assess and make sure that this is the right option for you right now. There may be a retreat or support option out there for you that we think would be a better fit, or that we might recommend doing first if we pick up on something during the session we think might undermine your time with us if not resolved first.

4) we can make sure you have the knowledge about what we do and offer really clear so your experience with us matches expectations.

We wrote and recommend reading The Difference Between Coaching, Mentoring & Consulting because we find many people do not understand the clear differences between these types of professional support and you need to have a clear picture of what we mean when we talk about these types of service (we don't offer consulting at all, and coaching is at the heart of every programme that we run.

Intake

You will have already had a Q&A session with one of our advisors and the two-way nature of that session means that if you join us for a retreat, from the moment you pay your deposit, the onboarding process is activated!
